Wormhole production runtime bundle

Built from branch rachit-dev, commit 1101be22d.
Next.js 14 standalone server; this is not a static HTML export.

Hosting requirements
- Linux x64 with glibc
- Node.js 18.17 or newer
- A cPanel Node.js application/Passenger feature that can run server.js

For the supplied path, extract the archive contents into /public_html/wormhole.
In cPanel, create a Node.js application with that application root, set
server.js as the startup file, and map wormhole.thehealthos.ai to the app.
The host must provide PORT to the process. If the account only serves static
files from public_html and has no Node.js application support, this bundle
cannot run there.

Important configuration check
The app's API clients currently point to development services:
- dev-design3-backend-gvgueme0gxe0guh4.uksouth-01.azurewebsites.net
- design3-dev-service-gvephjfvayhabjau.uksouth-01.azurewebsites.net
This archive preserves those URLs from the branch. Confirm the intended
production API endpoints before using the site publicly.

Build note
The production bundle was generated with Next.js 14.2.32 and lint disabled
because the branch currently has ESLint unused-variable errors. Type checking
and route generation completed successfully.

Local working-tree note
This archive uses the committed rachit-dev source. It does not include the
uncommitted local edits to src/middleware.ts and src/services/instance.ts,
which disable access-token checks/header injection.
